• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process of driver and staff levels (30 permanent riders per month on average);
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage needs and expectations;
• Producing management reports and analysis including relevant supporting commentary pertaining to recruitment progress and trends;
• Conducting searches for candidates based on hiring manager’s requirements including using relevant websites, advertising, Employment Introduction center;
• Collecting employee’s document and ensuring 'right to work’ requirements are met with legal obligations;
• Managing and maintaining internal recruitment database (records of candidates and outcomes throughout the process);
• Conducting reference checks; verbal and written;
• Regularly reviewing and recommending changes to processes as required;
• On-boarding new hires.
• Manage inventory and facility maintenance

• Minimum 2-4 years working as an internal recruiter with nationwide recruitment experience at staff level etc., Associate, Specialist, rider, security, cleaner,
• Ability to create a network and find channel to build up candidate source;
• Ability to construct clear candidate briefs and compose advertisements that capture the essence of companies requirements;
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite;
• High level interpersonal skills, negotiation skills;
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and travel as required.
